The luxury resort design plan of the building is completely mesmerizing as it shines bright in the day as well as at night with its stunning curb appeal. The style statement depicted by the complete building design is sustainable, commendable and eye candy to watch.
- The client had asked for a luxurious resort design concept with a touch of comfort and sustainability.
- To enable sustainability and comfort in the design plan, the architects planned for a slope access to the main building.
- The raised slope entry helps provide easy access for the disabled and handicapped, easy transfer of heavy materials, etc.
- To enable the cultural heritage-like look, we provided a hut-like structure that highlights the lobby/balcony area of the resort.
- To enhance the curb appeal at night, we also planned vintage lights all over the resort that lit up the whole ambience beautifully.
- The front of the resort is kept open for the elaborate parking area, which is often highlighted by the planned green area in the building.
The exterior elevation has come up beautifully with insightful design plans, a clear depiction of the facade details and great 3D rendering services at our end. In this outcome of the design, the client was glad that he chose us for the aspirational project.
