Corporate Bulding Elevation
This project was part of our commercial elevation design services. Located amidst the city, the small commercial building is a corporate office of SK Traders. The client wanted a modern, seamless look for the front elevation design. Let’s see what we suggest to him.
- The complete building plan is spread over three floors, where the ground floor suggests the spine of the overall structure.
- The other two floors are made of glass and turn out to be the client experience area and are provided with nice seating for client meetings.
- The facade is done in an influential way to mark traditional perforation on walls in a modern way.
- To cut down the hot and humid weather of Tamil Nadu, we suggested making a wall + glass design that will cut down the excessive summer heat during noon.
- The lower portion of the facade is done with natural stone cladding to keep the area naturally cool.
- The stairs are kept outward; which keeps the admin unit a separate and private unit in itself.
The facade came out very well with the designer wall perforations and wide glass combination. The client was amazed to see the planning that fulfilled all his needs and additionally created a sustainable architectural beauty in the city.
