his modern triplex house design has a complete rustic chic look. Our Mr Reddy has quite simple specifications to make the house in a way that keeps the house naturally cool. There cross ventilation and sunlight should have ample space in the house. Let’s see our design part.
- To keep the house naturally cool we used the HPL cladding on almost all the surfaces.
- To strike the right balance of heat and sunlight, we made a clear shading arrangement on the balcony that will help cut down the extra heat of the sun.
- To keep every floor naturally lit and also maintain a private space, the designers planned a CNC jali to cover the staircase area in the house.
- The extended box-like structure in the balcony enhances the curb appeal along with fluted wooden textured wall panelling.
- To keep the balance of colors, the designer has chosen to place white colour as the base to enhance the warmth of wooden textures.
In the kind words of Mr. Reddy, he was thrilled to see the design of this triplex house design. He said he couldn’t have imagined better than this. The complete look of the house is full of richness and has been chosen with sustainable materials.
