his small house design in Uttarakhand is inspired by modern house designs. The client wanted to keep everything very minimal and elegant so the designers suggested opting for c, as they are also the best option to illustrate a small space into a large space.
- To give the complete house elevation design an illusion of a large house, the elevation, the staircase area is kept uninterrupted from the ground till the end of the building.
- The house plan chosen for Mr. Manjhi was an open floor plan and the elevation style kept is sleek and modest.
- The G+1 floor is beautifully shaded with an organic pergola cum semi-open shaded area.
- Use of glass on the handrails and other facade areas gives the whole building a seamless look.
- The balcony of the house is planned with beautiful green vines and earthen pots on the concept of inside-outside.
- The compound wall and the main door of the house is kept minimal with a neutral beige shade of the color palette.
The modern house design lies amidst the lush greenery of the valley of Uttarakhand. The open balcony helps you enjoy the beautiful scenic view around, well connected with the nature and hence more evolved than ever.
