he project is designed to target both residential and commercial needs. The ground floor is dedicated to shops and other commercial activities, while our architects have dedicated the second floor to residential activities. This was very careful planning, keeping the privacy intact in mind. Let’s know some details.
- The ground floor is kept open for commercial shops. The use of glass in the facade makes these outlets more professional.
- A side entryway on the ground floor is provided to access the upper residential area and keep it separate from commercial activities.
- The first floor is a hall-like space that can be used for small get-togethers and family functions.
- The residential floor at top is provided with a wide open space at the street while keeping a balance of privacy and openness with seamless glass and concrete in the building.
- CNC jali, stone cladding, and HPL wooden texture on the wall are materials that are used in this building.
- The pergola on top with a deep wooden look gives an exclusive look and height to the terrace.
The careful planning and designing of the facade make this building influential. Expertise and experience can be seen in floor planning, where architects and visualisers struck the right chord of curb appeal, privacy settings and more.
