he triplex house design and modern house elevation of this house are based in central India, i.e., Madhya Pradesh. Considering the annual temperature outside and the local topology of the building, architects suggested a modern house elevation that merges the modern art forms and also considers the local residential living conditions.
- The complete house plan design is inspired by modern architecture, where sleek lines and simple geometrical forms dominate the house facade.
- Large open areas in the form of balconies promote the concept of inside-outside for sustainable living.
- The use of low-carbon materials such as glass, metal CNC jali and wooden wall panelling makes this residential house plan design even more special.
- Glass windows maintain ample natural light in the rooms, making it an energy-efficient home.
- The designer jali keeps the building ventilated so that the overall temperature of the area doesn't rise high.
- The ground floor is also provided with a garage area that saves the porch area from getting engaged and leaves a clear open space for movement.
- The upper floors are cantilever designs that help in utilizing the vertical space and lessen the floor spaces, to bring structural strength from the base pillars.
