his floor plan lies amidst the heart of mainland NCR, i.e., Delhi. Looking at the city population and lack of parking spaces, we were very sure to provide the solution to our client. Thus we chose for stilt stilt-based parking system that also helps in the structural strength of residential house plan designs.
- The complete building design is based on a stilt mechanism that makes the structure robust and helps in better space utilization.
- The building is made with a mix of low-carbon-footprint materials such as terracotta like GRC jali, wood cladding on the wall, glass handrails and metal strips that support the structure.
- The flow of concrete has been kept smooth to celebrate the modern front elevation designs.
- The compound wall of the building is designed simply and modestly, which celebrates modern architecture.
- To provide additional strength, a smooth concrete plain wall is provided that also gives a smooth look to the complete structure.
- Landscaping around adds beauty to the overall structure.
